How does it work?

  • Book your appointment ($ 25 deposit required)

  • You will receive a text message with the name and picture of the phlebotomist that will assist you.

  • Once specimen is collected, we will deliver it to a laboratory within your network.

  • Selected Laboratory will then process your blood test and bill your insurance. (PLEASE NOTE: Desert Labs is NOT a laboratory; therefore, we do NOT control result turnaround times)

  • We will give you a contact number of the laboratory facility we are sending your sample to for more questions about your results/ turn-around times.

Refund?

  •  Our experienced phlebotomists use the latest techniques to ensure a quality specimen collection. However, in the event of a redraw due to the quality of the specimen, we do not offer a refund we simply will redraw the specimen and you will not have a recollection fee.

Do you bill insurance?

  • Currently Desert Labs doesn not NOT BILL INSURANCE for our services. A copy of your insurance card will be taken alongside your specimen so that the laboratory processing your blood test can bill your insurance.

Prices?

  • Desert Labs offers affordable mobile phlebotomy services that are tailored to meet your individual needs. With prices starting as low as just $80 for a blood draw, we offer competitive pricing that is cheaper than our mobile competitors. Cancellation Fee?

  •  A $25 deposit is required for confirmation of your appointment, with a non-refundable fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Avoid cancellation fee by rescheduling within 12 hrs. of appointment.
